Is Turf Wars suitable for those with epilepsy?

Turf Wars includes flashing lights. The flashing beacon light operates at approximately 2–3 Hz. If you are sensitive to flashing lights or have a history of epilepsy, please consider whether this environment is suitable for you.

Will my group be the only ones participating?

Turf Wars has a maximum capacity of 14 players. If you book as a small group, you’ll be playing alongside other small groups.

What is the age limit for Turf Wars: New Realm?

This is a 12+ event.

When should I arrive and do I need to book in advance?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. As spaces are limited, we recommend booking online in advance to avoid disappointment.

Is Turf Wars: New Realm wheelchair accessible?

There is an access ramp into the Turf Wars area. However, the adjoining toilets are not wheelchair accessible. With Turf Wars taking place next door to the Visitor Centre, the toilets there can be used if necessary.

Is the game scary or physically demanding?

There are no jump scares or any need to run during this activity.

Can we use our phones or take photos/videos during the game?

Phones won’t help you here! You’ll need to store all personal belongings in a locker for the duration of the event. Photography and video recording are not permitted in the game zone.

What if I have claustrophobia?

There are no tight spaces in the game. However, if too many people are crowded in one area, you’ll have the option to leave the room and return to the main game arena.

Will we be locked inside?

There are lock spaces with the arena. However, once you solve the codes to unlock doors, they remain open for the rest of the game.

Will a games master be present?

Yes, a game master will be joining you on your adventure.

Can we bring food and drinks inside?

No, all food and drinks must be stored in the lockers with your belongings.

Is the game played in the dark?

While there will be some darker areas of the game, the space will be lit with atmospheric lighting.
